The hotel room was extremely spacious with great mountain views. The location was near the mall and Hadimba Temple, making it convenient. We enjoyed being in the midst of Jackson.

The location was perfect and magnificent, really close to hadimba temple and Mall with a stunningly beautiful view from our room over mountain. The room was neat and fabulous, had essentials, like a shower and towels.

The staff was quick to help us whenever we needed them, which was a huge plus. The hotel's location right in the center of town was unbeatable and made everything more convenient. 🌟

Location-wise, there are some nice things about the hotel. It's clear that they've put some effort into the food, which is one of their better aspects, and there's also a gym, spa, DJ night, and pool on-site for entertainment and relaxation. However, be wary of the rooms. Many guests reported issues with cleanliness, with some even being forced to change rooms due to lack of electricity.

The reception staff really let the property down. Multiple guests reported rude behavior from the staff, who even refused to acknowledge some guests' bookings and attempted to force them to pay extra to book directly with the hotel. It's a shame that the front desk's poor behavior detracts from some of the potentially nice amenities at this hotel.

Celebrating the New Year in the mountains was unforgettable! the hotel had amazing facilities like a gym and a pool that added to the experience. the location was perfect, with easy access to all the main attractions and a stunning view of the mountains. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious!

Although the staff was friendly, the service was a bit slow, and sometimes we had to wait longer than expected. the room was not very clean, and we had to ask them to clean it again.

The food was delicious with a range of options to choose from, including vegetarian dishes. a great experience that I would highly recommend.

Despite this, the staff were quick to respond and rectify the issue, ensuring our comfort and satisfaction. while there were some downsides, it did not detract from the overall experience and we would still return in the future.
